Initial Consultation Meeting
- Initial visit is where we discuss your project in detail, view existing rooms and any existing furnishings that we will be working with.
- We?ll review our portfolio of past projects and explain our qualifications and expertise.
- You?ll be given a copy of our work agreement contract. A signed contract is necessary prior to any work commencing.
- We?ll discuss preferences you may have for furnishings, colors, and styles.
- Project budget determined and timelines are discussed.
Our Office ?homework?
- Develop ideas, sketches, gather pictures.
- Collect and order samples.
- Develop preliminary quotations if possible.
Second Consultation Meeting
- Designs, sketches, and pictures are reviewed to illustrate the ?new design? plan.
- Fabric samples, wallpaper samples, paints, etc. are reviewed and selected by the homeowner.
- Measurements are taken to prepare final quotations.
- Depending upon the scope and complexity of your project, we may meet more frequently for each phase of your project.
Proposal
Based on the homeowner?s selections of styles and samples, a quotation is developed and approved by the homeowner. A deposit is required to begin the ordering process.
Installation/Delivery
The product or plan is delivered and installed. The homeowner is so excited and happy about their home?s new look that they hold a big party for friends and family to come and see the great looking changes!
